An apartment opens September 1 and we're accepting applications now. Here's how it works.

Call or email us to ask about the opening and request an application. Tell us a little about what you're looking for and when you'd like to move.

Complete the application

Every adult who will live in the home completes our rental application. It covers rental history, employment, and references.

Screening & verification

We verify the application — background check, rental history, and employment — for all adult occupants. We'll keep you posted along the way.

Sign the lease & get your keys

Approved applicants sign a one-year lease. First month's rent and a security deposit equal to one month's rent are due at signing — then the keys are yours.

Good to know: we welcome housing assistance, including USDA Rural Development rental vouchers. Rent is due on the 1st of each month; full terms are spelled out plainly in the lease. We're an Equal Housing Opportunity landlord.
